Discovery & Design
We start with a conversation about how your business earns and spends money, your current tools, and your goals. Then we review your accounting file and design a structure that reflects reality, including tracking, invoice flow, and expense categories. If your history needs a reset, we outline a one time Cleanup Services project before Advanced begins so we start from clear, accurate records.

Ongoing Bookkeeping & Reporting
Each month we complete the full bookkeeping cycle. That includes categorization, reconciliations, and checks for accuracy. Once the books are closed, we generate your reports and prepare a short written overview that calls out important changes, trends, and items to watch.

Review & Refinement
On a regular schedule, we meet to walk through your results. We answer questions, connect the numbers to decisions you are weighing, and refine tracking or reporting if a different view would better support how you run the business as it grows.
